Year 2030, the Federal Republic of Quebec
Bertrand’s plan of federated city-states for the 2030 just happens to coincide with the stated intention of the Parti Québécois to hold a third referendum by 2030. And I would guess, a whole lot sooner.
Guy Bertrand Promotes Quebec Sovereignty in LE SOLEIL
In an online advertisement published in the newspaper Le Soleil, Guy Bertrand promoted a future independent state of Quebec in the form of a federation of city-states. The city-states are in fact being developed on the foundation of the 17 “administrative regions” created by the Parti Quebecois while detaining power.
